These Terms govern your use of the website and software development services provided by Innodealz LLC ("Innodealz," "we," "us"). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide software development services including web app development, SaaS platforms, e-commerce, payment/API integrations, WordPress, and maintenance. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in a written quote agreed by both parties.
2. Quotes & Payment
Work begins after you accept a written quote and pay any required deposit. Unless agreed otherwise, projects require an upfront deposit with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion. Payments are processed via our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Late payments may pause work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide required content, access, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner, and to ensure materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except third-party components (subject to their own licenses) and Innodealz's pre-existing tools (licensed to you, non-exclusive). Until paid, work product remains ours.
5. Warranty & Liability
Services are performed professionally; we correct defects in our work during the warranty period stated in your proposal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination & Governing Law
Either party may terminate per the applicable proposal; you remain responsible for work completed to date. Refunds follow our Refund Policy below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

- Payment details, processed directly by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) — we don't store full card data.

- To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver and support services.
- To process payments and send invoices/receipts.
- To improve our website and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate — payment processors, hosting/infrastructure, analytics/email — or where required by law.
Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy +

Because our work is custom professional services, refunds are handled as follows.
Deposits & milestones
Once work has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover committed time and resources. For milestone-based projects, payment for a delivered and approved milestone is non-refundable; future milestones not yet started may be cancelled.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel anytime in writing to info@innodealz.com. You'll be billed for work completed to date; amounts paid for work not yet started are refunded, minus non-recoverable third-party costs and payment-processing fees.
Eligible for refund
- Deposit paid but no work started.
- Payment for a milestone not yet started.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments.
Refunds are generally not available for work already delivered, change-of-mind after delivery, or delays caused by missing client materials/approvals.
How to request
Email your name, project details, payment date, and reason. We review requests within 5 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method.
